Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to any paid listing plans or services offered through After School Hub.

1. Digital Services Policy

All listing plans and digital services are considered digital products.

Unless otherwise stated, payments are:

  • Final
  • Non-refundable

Once a listing is published or activated, services are deemed delivered.

2. Subscription Plans

If subscription-based plans are offered:

  • You may cancel future renewals at any time.
  • Cancellation prevents future charges.
  • Previously paid subscription fees are non-refundable.

3. Listing Rejections

If a paid listing is rejected due to violation of platform rules:

  • A refund may be issued at our sole discretion.
  • Repeated violations may result in account suspension without refund.

4. Technical Errors

If payment is processed but a listing is not activated due to a verified technical error:

  • We will either activate the listing
  • Or issue a refund

You must contact us within 7 days of purchase to report technical issues.

5. Chargebacks

If a chargeback is initiated without first contacting us:

  • The associated listing may be removed.
  • The user account may be suspended.
  • Access to future services may be restricted.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify pricing and policies at any time.

Changes do not affect purchases already completed.
