Listing Submission Agreement
This Listing Submission Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the submission of listings to After School Hub (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
By submitting a listing to After School Hub, you (“Provider,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following terms:
1. Accuracy of Information
You represent and warrant that:
- All information submitted is true, accurate, and complete.
- You have the legal authority to publish the business or program information provided.
- The listing does not contain misleading, false, or deceptive content.
- You will promptly update any information that becomes inaccurate.
After School Hub reserves the right to edit, reject, or remove listings that contain inaccurate or misleading information.
2. Compliance with Laws
You agree that your business and services:
- Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
- Hold any required licenses, permits, or certifications.
- Operate in accordance with Texas regulations where applicable.
You are solely responsible for compliance with all laws governing your services.
3. Content Ownership & License
You retain ownership of content you submit, including:
- Descriptions
- Images
- Logos
- Business details
However, by submitting a listing, you grant After School Hub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
- Display
- Reproduce
- Modify (for formatting or clarity)
- Promote
your listing content on the website and related marketing materials.
4. Prohibited Content
Listings may not contain:
- False or misleading claims
- Offensive or inappropriate material
- Copyright-infringing images or text
- Malware or harmful code
- Adult or unlawful services
After School Hub may remove content that violates these guidelines without notice.
5. No Endorsement
Publication of a listing does not constitute:
- Endorsement
- Certification
- Guarantee of quality
Providers are solely responsible for services offered.
6. Reviews and Public Feedback
Listings may allow public interaction, including reviews.
You agree that:
- We may display reviews or feedback submitted by users.
- We are not responsible for user-generated opinions.
- We may remove reviews that violate our content policies.
7. Listing Approval & Removal
We reserve the right to:
- Approve or deny listings at our discretion.
- Edit formatting for consistency.
- Remove listings that violate this Agreement.
- Suspend accounts for repeated violations.
8. Limitation of Liability
After School Hub is not liable for:
- Business losses
- Missed enrollments
- User disputes
- Service interruptions
Participation in the platform is at your own risk.
9. Agreement to Terms
By submitting a listing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Agreement and the website’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
